URGENT: Johanny Gallegos was arrested by Georgia police for driving without a license on Wednesday, April 25, in Marietta, GA. Johanny Gallegos is being held at Cobb County Detention center in Marietta, GA. His family posted bond on Wednesday night, but ICE has placed an immigration hold on him.

On August 2011, Jesus Cruz was arrested by a police officer for driving without a license in Cobb County, Georgia. He was transferred to Stewart Detention Center and was only released after his family gathered enough money to pay his immigration bond. Jesus is now in deportation proceedings despite the fact that he is DREAM ACT Eligible!
Jesus Cruz graduated from Pebblebrook High school and is DREAM Act eligible.According to the memo issued by John Morton,he is not a priority for deportation and should be granted favorable exercise of prosecutorial discretion.
Jesus recently had his request for deferred action DENIED!!!!Jesus has a CLEAN criminal records and has NEVER had any other encounter with the law.
These are they type of students who ICE boast about not deporting, but we see that it is all a lie! They continue to silently deport our youth despite their memos.
